Question: Trouble with
Outlook
The problem is in the step OUTLOOK --> QKSMTP server,
I try to send an email and the Outlook takes up to 6 minutes
to establish connection with QKSMTP and transfer the email.
I have no emails in the queue. Then the
email is sent normally.

Answer:
QK SMTP has three ways to send mails:
1. Deliver directly to recipients.
2. Deliver via a Relay SMTP Server.
3. Delivery directly first; when it fails, pass the message
to a Relay SMTP Server.
Actually, QK can be as a server to send mails. We recommend
the third option. Settings ===>>> Advanced Parameter ===>>>
