Question: Socket error
11001
We've been getting a LOT of socket errors, mostly 11001. Some
mail manages to go out but most of it doesn't and returns
these errors. Also, perhaps unrelatedly, AOL seems to have
other issues with direct sending of messages. Any idea what
causes and how to fix these errors?

Answer:
Analyse: Host Not Find.
Solutions: Please verify that the hostname/ip and the port
are correctly written in the fields. No spaces in front etc.
Also try using an direct IP instead of hostnames. also, try
going to settings, windows update.
