Our ISP is touchtell and we are using VSNL mails. Some mails
are not gone to destinations. help us.

The error 553 means: Requested Not Action: mailbox Not name
This response is issued by the server if the format of an
SMTP address specified in an RCPT command is invalid or incorrectly
formatted.
