Question: Retell: Initialize
Error?
The down load is not working. I get a message box saying "initialize
error" each time I click on the program. I paid in full
I have my receopt and license number. What to do?

Answer:
When QK is failed to read file, it also can get Initialize Error.
Try to do as the following steps:
First, Make sure there isn' t any QK SMTP Server program
course in your Task Manager.
Second, delete the "ToSend" file which is under
the installation directory.
Third, delete all the *.FF2 and *.CFG files which are also
under the installation directory.
Fourth, reboot QK.
If the above four steps also can't work. Please try to creat
a temporary directory at any a place, and copy smtpserver.exe
file under that temporary directory, then run QK to see if
it runs well.
By the way, is there a FFServer.log file under the QK installation
directory? If there has, please send the file to us support@service-1.org,
we will assist you to check it.
