Have you denied that IP?
Set it from "Server need SMTP authentication".
You can find this option from Settings ===>>> Basic
Parameter ===>>> Service Basic Parameter
You also can configurate it in User. If you allow him use
your QK sending mails, add him!
"Access IP Control" is another option make all
your private security. If you don't want the IP use your QK,
y
ou can add this IP, and choose "deny". Do remeber,
the upper one has the priority.
