Question: Error - Initialize
Error
We just started using your software yesterday. However when
we went to run a send on a batch of emails, the power went
out and has corrupted the files or something. When trying
to start the program, we get "Error - Initialize Error!".
Looks like it doesn't like something in the 'To Send' folder.
We don't know where we left off on this particular mailing.
Any suggestions?

Answer:
Please delete all the files which under the "To Send"
folder, then re-startup your computer.
