Question: How to get to
the earlier verion?
Using XP pro with version 2.20 installed. Program locks up
when clicking on settings, que or just about any of the buttons.
I tried uninstalling and then re-installed a fresh copy, but
that didn't fix. Is there a way to download an earlier version?

There are many reasons can cause QK can't be work. Such as:
you send too many mails at a time or too many mails block
in the Queue or log... You can have a try as the following:
First, you can choose the button "Queue", then
click "Empty".
Second, if the first method can't work, you can exit the
QK SMTP Server, and then retry the first method.
Third, if both the two can't wash the "sending"
log, you should find a file which named "SendQueue.FF2"
and empty it. Folder " QK SMTP Server" ==>>
folder "ToSend" ==>> file " SendQueue.FF2".
Try these ways first.
By the way, are you a registered user? If v2.20 still can't
work well, offer us your detailed information, we can send
you a copy of the earlier one.
